This includes Kawasaki Hydraulics revolutionary K3VL medium-high pressure hydraulic pump that is available in a full range of sizes for industrial hydraulic and mobile hydraulic applications. The K3VL pump will set new standards for energy efficiency and ultra quiet performance.

The Kawasaki K3VL pumps are available in displacements from 45 to 200 cc/rev with a complete range of ISO and SAE input shafts, mounting flanges, and through drives. The compact and innovative K3VL open circuit axial piston pumps enable a rated pressure capability as high as 4600PSI.

A wide range of pump controls are available including pressure cut-off, load sensing, and torque limiting with options like integrated unloading valve, integrated proportional relief valve, and electronic displacement control.

New technology has been utilized in the development of the rotary group and valve plate to ensure considerable reductions in fluid pressure pulsation. The patented rotating group timing method employed by the Kawasaki K3VL models ensures that the output flow pulsation is inherently sinusoidal with negligible higher frequency content. With pressure pulsation being the primary cause of airborne noise, this significant design feature offers a typical noise reduction of 5dBa over conventional pump designs.

Other important design features include;

1. A rigid casing design ensures that all internal forces are well supported, thereby improving pump reliability and minimizing noise emission.
2. High load bearings are designed to ensure excellent reliability and long life for continuous duty applications, making this pump one of the most rugged in the marketplace.
3. The individual springs of the self-compensating piston return mechanism allow consistent shoe contact with the swash plate, producing 4600PSI continuous running capability and minimal wear for a long, maintenance-free service life.

Specifications such as the high pressure rating (4600PSI), high allowable case drain pressure (30PSI), high self-priming speed capability, and long B10 bearing life make the Kawasaki K3VL the best pump for most industrial and mobile hydraulic applications.
